| 中文摘要:新一轮科技革命和产业革命正在蓄势待发，科技创新成为国家战略。中医药，特别是中药企业亟须科技创新。科技创新首要且重要的是重视科技创新人才队伍建设。结合国家科技创新政策、人才政策、相关文献及在中药企业的实际经历，从中药企业科技创新人才队伍建设的必要性和重要性、科技创新人才必备的素质、科技创新人才队伍建设路径3个方面进行阐述，呼吁中药行业重视科技创新、重视科技创新人才，以期为中药企业科技创新人才队伍建设提供参考，助力中药产业高质量发展。 |

| Reflections on Construction of Innovative Talents of Science and Technology in Chinese Medicine Enterprises |

| Abstract:A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution is on the way around the world, and scientific and technological innovation has become a national strategy. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) urgently needs scientific and technological innovation, especially for Chinese medicine enterprises. The first and the most important thing in scientific and technological innovation is to attach importance to the construction of innovative talents of science and technology. Based on the national policies on scientific and technological innovation and talents, relevant literature, and experience in Chinese medicine enterprises, the present study elaborated on the necessity and importance of the construction, necessary qualities, and construction path of innovative talents of science and technology in Chinese medicine enterprises to appeal to Chinese medicine industry for attaching importance to scientific and technological innovation and talents. Meanwhile, it is expected to provide references for the construction of an innovative talent team of science and technology in Chinese medicine enterprises and to boost the high-quality development of the Chinese medicine industry. |
