中文摘要:目的 对石生黄堇种子的基本生理特性及萌发特性进行系统的研究,为实现其规范化栽培提供科学依据。方法 以石生黄堇种子为试验材料,测定种子的吸水性、胚发育状态、萌发抑制物指标,并对种子采取不同处理以找到最适宜的萌发条件。结果 石生黄堇种子虽种皮坚硬,但透水性良好,部分种子还存在胚发育不完全和萌发抑制物的现象;适宜石生黄堇种子萌发的外界环境条件为种子采后进行阴干处理,浸种60 h、15 ℃/25 ℃、黑暗条件、pH偏中性的砂床环境。石生黄堇种子不耐贮藏,最好随采随播,若需短期贮藏,可采用4 ℃湿藏3个月;如需要长期贮藏,可采用15 ℃密闭干藏。结论 石生黄堇种子属综合休眠型,低温湿砂层积100 d左右可有效打破休眠,萌发率可达76%。 |

Physiology and Germination Characteristics of Corydalis saxicola Seeds |

Abstract:Objective To systematically study the basic physiological characteristics and germination characteristics of Corydalis saxicola seeds, and to provide a scientific basis for standardized cultivation of C. saxicola.Methods The C. saxicola seeds were used as test materials to determine the water absorption, embryo development state, and germination inhibitor index of the seeds, and the seeds were treated differently to find the most suitable germination conditions.Results Although the seed coat was hard, the water permeability of the coat was good. Incomplete embryo development and germination inhibitors were found in some seeds. The suitable external environmental conditions for seed germination were dry treatment after harvest and a sand bed environment with the dark condition at 15 ℃/25 ℃ and neutral pH to soak seeds for 60 h. It is optimal to pick and sow the seeds along with the time. If short-term storage is needed, wet storage at 4 ℃ for 3 months can be used. If long-term storage is needed, the method of airtight dry storage at 15 ℃ can be adopted.Conclusion The seed is a comprehensive dormancy type, and the dormancy can be effectively broken by wet sand stratification at low temperature for about 100 days, with the germination rate reaching 76%. |
