中文摘要:目的 基于性状鉴别、浸出物及含量测定研究,评价不同生长年限云南重楼药材质量。方法 采用传统经验鉴别药材外观性状,运用热浸法测定药材醇溶性浸出物含量,采用高效液相色谱法对样品中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ、重楼皂苷Ⅲ、重楼皂苷Ⅳ、重楼皂苷Ⅴ、重楼皂苷Ⅵ、重楼皂苷Ⅶ、重楼皂苷D和重楼皂苷H的含量进行测定。结果 不同生长年限云南重楼药材外观性状、浸出物、有效成分含量差异较大。随着生长年限的增加,云南重楼药材单个质量、直径及体积明显增加;8年生云南重楼药材醇溶性浸出物质量分数最高;就药材的有效成分含量而言,7年生药材9种重楼皂苷总质量分数最高。结论 综合性状鉴别、浸出物及含量测定结果,最终初步确定云南重楼以7年生药材质量为最佳。 |

Comparison of the Quality of Paridis Rhizoma in Different Growth Years |

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality of Paridis Rhizoma in different growth years based on character identification, extraction, and content determination.Methods The appearance characters of Paridis Rhizoma were identified by traditional experience. The content of alcohol-soluble extracts was determined by the hot dipping method, and the content of polyphyllins Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, D, and H in Paridis Rhizoma samples was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results There were significant differences in the appearance characters, extracts, and content of active components of Paridis Rhizoma in different growing years. With the increase in growth years, the individual weight, diameter, and volume of Paridis Rhizoma increased obviously. The content of alcohol-soluble extracts of 8-year-old Paridis Rhizoma was the highest. In terms of the content of active components in Paridis Rhizoma, the total content of polyphyllins Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, D, and H in 7-year-old Paridis Rhizoma was the highest.Conclusion Based on the results of character identification, extraction, and content determination, it is preliminarily determined that 7-year-old Paridis Rhizoma has the optimal quality. |
