中文摘要:通过查阅文献,对蒙古族医学(以下简称蒙医)中矿物药应用历史、分类、炮制、功效、剂型等进行梳理研究。蒙古族药(以下简称蒙药)三大本草著作《认药白晶鉴》《识药学》《蒙药正典》中有诸多关于矿物药的记载。蒙医中矿物药传统分类采用三级分类法,即“大类”“类”“种”;现代分类主要采用矿物晶体化学分类法和阳离子分类法。矿物药的炮制方法有259种,可归纳为火制、液体制、火液体合制、干制4类38型;功效多集中在破痞、燥协日乌素(黄水)、止腐、接骨、消食、祛巴达干等。《内蒙古蒙成药标准》等标准收载的成药(或制剂)共552首,含矿物药成分的有231首,其中应用最多的药材为石膏,其次为白矾、寒水石、光明盐、硇砂等;在剂型方面,散剂、丸剂较多,汤剂较少,极少使用外膏剂、洗剂、颗粒剂、口服液、胶囊剂、片剂、搽剂、酒剂、灰剂等。介绍了特色蒙药万年灰、赤铜灰、青金石。

Application of Mineral Medicine in Mongolian Medicine
Abstract:This paper combed and studied the application history, classification, processing, efficacy, and dosage form of mineral drugs in Mongolian medicine through literature review. There are many mineral medicine records in the three major herbal works of Mongolian medicine White Crystal Mirror, Knowledge of Pharmacy, and Canon of Mongolian Medicine. The traditional classification method for the mineral drugs in Mongolian medicine is a three-level classification method, namely "big class" "class", and "species". Modern classification mainly includes the crystal chemical classification method and cation classification method. There are 259 kinds of processing methods of mineral drugs, which are summarized into 4 categories and 38 types, such as fire preparation, liquid preparation, combination of fire and liquid preparation, and dry preparation. The effect is concentrated in breaking mass, drying Xieri Wusu (yellow water), preventing corrosion, setting a broken bone, digestion, removing Badagan, etc. In the Inner Mongolia Mongolian Patent Medicine Standard, there are 552 prescriptions (or dosages), of which 231 contain mineral medicine composition, and gypsum is the most commonly-used medicine, followed by alum, gypsum rubrum, natural salt, sal ammoniac, and so on. In terms of dosage forms, powder and pill forms account for the vast majority, the decoction form is relatively few, and external ointment, lotion, granule, oral liquid, capsule, tablet, liniment, wine agent, and ash agent forms are rarely used. This paper also described three kinds of characteristic Mongolian medicines Wannianhui, Chitonghui, and Lapis lazuli.
