| 中文摘要:虫类中药是中医药的重要组成部分，中医历代都善用其克顽疾，表明其临床疗效独特，异于植物来源中药，故有“虫类通络”理论。目前《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版（一部）收载的常用虫类中药有22种，土鳖虫作为其中的典型代表，长期以来受到了众多研究人员的关注。土鳖虫在临床中常用于治疗骨折、急慢性腰扭伤、肺纤维化、冠心病、高血压、肿瘤等，应用和开发日益广泛，对于土鳖虫的药理作用研究也在不断深入。对土鳖虫的药理作用进行系统全面的综述，以期为土鳖虫及其他虫类中药的进一步研究提供参考。 |

| Pharmacological Effects of Eupolyphaga sinensis： A Review |

| Abstract:Insect medicine is an important part of Chinese medicine, which has been used to overcome stubborn diseases, indicating that the clinical efficacy of medicinal insects is unique and different from herbal medicine, so there is an "insect dredging collaterals" theory. At present, there are 22 kinds of commonly used insect medicine included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition), and Eupolyphaga sinensis as a typical representative kind of insect medicine has long attracted attention from many researchers. E. sinensis is often used clinically for the treatment of fractures, acute and chronic waist sprains, pulmonary fibrosis, coronary heart disease, hypertension, tumor, etc., and its application and development are becoming more and more extensive. The research on the pharmacological effects of E. sinensis is also deepening. This paper systematically and comprehensively reviewed the pharmacological effects of E. sinensis, hoping to provide in-depth research ideas and directions for studying the pharmacological effects of E. sinensis and other kinds of insect medicine. |
