中文摘要:肉苁蓉是我国常用珍稀药材之一,具有较高的药用价值和生态价值。随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,多种基于DNA水平的分子鉴定技术逐步完善与成熟,肉苁蓉相关的研究也取得了一定的成果。对近10年来有关肉苁蓉属植物DNA分子鉴定技术的研究进展进行综述,对其存在的问题进行探讨,对应用前景进行展望,以期为肉苁蓉真伪优劣的精准鉴别及其资源保护、合理利用、新品种的培育提供参考。 |

Advances in Molecular Identification of Cistanche |

Abstract:Cistanches Herba, a rare and valuable medicinal material in China, has a high medicinal value and ecological value. Amid the advancement of molecular biology technology, a variety of DNA-based molecular identification techniques have been gradually improved and major headway has been made in the research on Cistanches Herba. This paper reviews the DNA-based molecular identification techniques for Cistanche and discusses the limitations and application prospects, which is expected to serve as a reference for accurate identification and quality evaluation of the Cistanches Herba, the protection and rational utilization of the resources, and variety breeding. |
