中文摘要:检索了中国知网及Web of Science数据库近10年发表的蟾酥相关的中、英文文献,应用文献计量学和CiteSpace 5.8.R3可视化软件对作者、研究机构、关键词及文献来源等进行分析,并结合信息提取方法对蟾酥研究的现状及发展趋势进行分析。经过筛选最终纳入447篇中文文献和316篇英文文献。叶文才是该领域发表文献最多的作者;山东中医药大学、暨南大学分别是发表蟾酥相关中、英文文献量最多的机构;中文领域机构间合作有待提升,英文领域机构间的合作较为普遍。分析中、英文关键词,发现蟾酥相关研究主要集中在有效成分、安全性、质量标准等方面,抗肿瘤机制和毒效成分研究是目前及未来的热点。

CiteSpace Knowledge Map Analysis of Research Progress of Bufonis Venenum Based on CiteSpace
Abstract:This study retrieved the Chinese and English papers published in the last 10 years involving Bufonis Venenum from China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science. Bibliometrics and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 were employed to visually display the research authors, research institutions, keywords, and journals. The research hotspots and trends were analyzed by information extraction. A total of 447 Chinese papers and 316 English papers were included in this study. The results showed that YE Wencai was the author with the most papers published in this field; Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jinan University were the research institutions that published the most Chinese and English papers, respectively. Inter-agency cooperation was rare in Chinese studies, while it was widespread in English studies. The analysis of keywords in Chinese and English papers showed that the research on Bufonis Venenum mainly focused on anti-tumor activity, active components, safety, and quality standard. Anti-tumor mechanism and toxic active components were and would be the research hotspots.
