中文摘要:单宁酸(tannic acid)存在于五倍子等中药中,是一种简单的水解鞣质类化合物,是许多传统鞣质类药物的关键成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等药理作用,已获得美国食品药品监督管理局的安全认证,并被广泛应用于食品添加剂领域。经纳米化处理后,单宁酸的生物利用度和药效得以显著提高,从而赋予其更大的治疗潜力。在神经保护、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等领域,单宁酸及其纳米颗粒表现出广泛的应用前景。通过综述单宁酸及其纳米颗粒在药理研究方面的最新进展,为进一步探讨其在促进人体健康方面的应用提供新思路。

Research Progress in Pharmacological Effects of Tannic Acid and Its Nanoparticles
Abstract:Tannic acid is a simple hydrolyzed tannin compound that exists in Chinese traditional medicine such as Galla Chinensis and has obtained safety certification from the US Food and Drug Administration and is widely used in the field of food additives. At the same time, it is a key component of many traditional tannin drugs and has a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor properties. After nanoparticle treatment, the bioavailability and efficacy of tannic acid have been significantly improved, endowing it with stronger therapeutic potential. Tannic acid and its nanoparticles have shown broad application prospects in fields such as neuroprotection, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor. This article aims to review the latest progress in pharmacological research of tannic acid and its nanoparticles, providing important ideas for further exploring the application of tannic acid and its nanoparticles in promoting human health.
