中文摘要:补骨脂是豆科植物Psoralea corylifolia L.的干燥成熟果实,作为一种传统的中药,其在我国已有几千年的临床应用历史,广泛地用于心血管疾病、肾炎、骨质疏松和癌症等的治疗。植物化学研究显示,香豆素类、杂萜类和黄酮类是其主要化学成分。对补骨脂化学成分研究进行系统梳理,以期为临床更安全、有效地使用补骨脂和研究补骨脂现代中药提供理论依据。

Research Progress in Chemical Constituents of Psoraleae Fructus
Abstract:Psoraleae Fructus, the dried mature fruit of Psoralea corylifolia L., is a Chinese herbal medicine that has been used in clinical practice for thousands of years. It has been widely used in Chinese medicine formulas for treating cardiovascular diseases, nephritis, osteoporosis, and cancers. Phytochemical studies have demonstrated that coumarins, terpenoids, and flavonoids are the main constituents of Psoraleae Fructus. This paper systematically reviews the studies about the chemical constituents of Psoraleae Fructus, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the safe and effective application of Psoraleae Fructus in clinical practice and the modern medical research and development of this medicine.
