| 中文摘要:优良品种是现代种业竞争的核心。我国中药材种类繁多,相对于农作物品种选育工作起步晚,多数品种尚处于驯化抚育阶段,中药材种业发展配套政策法规不健全,迫切需要制定中药材品种管理政策保障中药材种业发展。文章概述了农作物、林草、中药材领域品种相关制度与植物新品种保护概况,提出加快制定中药材品种认定制度的建议,以期为中药材种业发展提供良好支撑。 |

| Affirmation policies for Chinese medicinal materials varieties |

| Abstract:Fine varieties are the core of modern seed industry. There are many kinds of Chinese medicinal materials, however, variety breeding started rather late, or the supporting policies and regulations are not sound. Management policies for Chinese medicinal materials varieties are urgently needed to ensure the development of seed industry. We proposed a suggestion that speeding up the establishment of identification system of Chinese medicinal materials varieties, though summarizing the general situation of the variety system and plant variety protection in the fields of crops, forestry, grass and Chinese medicinal materials, which is expected to serve as a support for seed industry of Chinese medicinal materials. |
