Abstract:Objective: Clarify the relationship between Dendrobium huoshanense (D. huoshanense) and Fengdou, and explore the effects of storage years on the volatile components of D. huoshanense Fengdou. Methods: Literature review and filed investigation was used for clarification; Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the volatile components of D. huoshanense Fengdou stored for 0, 2, 4 and 6 years, and the relative percentage content of each component was calculated according to the peak area of the chromatographic peak, the similarity analysis of GC-MS chromatogram was performed. Results: Fengdou originated from D. huoshanense and Lumao Fengdou refered to Huodou; A total of 25 common volatile components were identified from 12 batches of D. huoshanense Fengdou in different storage years, including 8 fatty acids, 6 alkanes, 4 alcohols, 3 phenols, 2 esters and 2 others. The GC-MS chromatogram similarity of 12 batches of D. huoshanense Fengdou was 0.949~0.996, the similarity between the sample and the contrast chromatogram was 0.949, which indicated that the similarity was good. When the overall composition is basically the same, there are still some internal changes. The results of principal component analysis (PCA) showed that samples stored for 0 and 2 years were in one category, and those of 4 and 6 years were in the other category. Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) was used to further identify the main fatty acid components that caused the difference between the two categories. Conclusion: The characteristics of "big Longtou and small Fengwei" of Huodou were easy to distinguish from other Fengdou; The volatile components species of D. huoshanense Fengdou in different storage years are basically the same, but there are some differences in relative content. In general, the volatile components were basically stable within 6 years of storage. |
