中文摘要:[] 补骨脂是豆科植物Psoralea corylifolia Linn.的干燥成熟果实,作为一种传统的中药,在我国有着几千年的临床应用历史,用于许多中药配方中,广泛地用于心血管疾病、肾炎、骨质疏松和癌症等。植物化学研究显示香豆素类、杂萜类和黄酮类是它的主要化学成分。本文对补骨脂化学成分研究进行系统梳理,以期为临床更安全、有效地使用补骨脂和研究补骨脂现代中药提供理论依据。

Abstract:Psoraleae Fructus is a Leguminous plant, the dried and mature fruit of Psoralea corylifolia Linn.(P. corylifolia), as a traditional Chinese medicine, has the thousands of years of clinical application history. It has been widely used in many traditional Chinese medicine formulas for the treatment of various diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, nephritis, osteoporosis, and cancer, etc.. Phytochemical investigations indicated that coumarins, meroterpenes, and flavonoids are the main components of Psoraleae Fructus. This paper systematically summarized literatures on the chemical constituent studies of Psoraleae Fructus, which provided useful theoretical basis to use Psoraleae Fructus more safely and effectively in clinic, and further research and development toward the modern medicine.
