中文摘要:原发性痛经(PD)是最为常见的妇科疾病,具有长期、周期性发作的特点,严重影响患者生活质量及身心健康。由于西药治疗的不良反应发生率较高,停药后容易复发,而中医药疗法由于其独特的安全性及有效性已然成为临床治疗PD的替代疗法。本文对近年来中医药防治PD相关通路的研究进行广泛检索及总结,发现中医药可通过调节丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路、NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)信号通路、核转录因子(NF)-κB信号通路及花生四烯酸(AA)代谢通路发挥抑制炎性细胞因子、减弱疼痛信号、抑制子宫平滑肌收缩等效应,进而起到治疗PD的作用。本研究旨在为今后的中医药治疗PD的作用机制研究提供参考。

Research Progress on Regulation of Primary Dysmenorrhea Related Pathways by Traditional Chinese Medicine
Abstract:Primary dysmenorrhea (PD) is the most common gynecological disease, characterized by long-term and periodic episodes, which seriously affects the quality of life, physical and mental health of patients. Due to the high incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in western medicine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy has become an alternative therapy for clinical treatment of PD as its unique safety and effectiveness. This paper reviewed the researches in recent years and summarized that TCM can play a therapeutic role in PD by regulating mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling pathway, NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) signaling pathway, transcription factors-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway, and arachidonic acid metabolism pathway thus inhibiting inflammatory cytokines, reducing pain signals, and inhibiting uterine smooth muscle contraction. The present study aims to provide reference for future research on the mechanism of action of TCM in the treatment of PD.
