安徽省道地药材宿半夏资源分布调查与生药学分析

中文摘要:目的:解决安徽省道地药材宿半夏野生资源濒危、人工种植规模不断缩减的问题;探索推动道地药材宿半夏产业化、可持续发展的对策。方法:采用查阅资料、野外蹋查、走访群众、样方分析等方式,开展宿半夏资源分布调查,同时对采集的样品进行性状、显微、薄层和浸出物分析。结果:在濉溪县四铺镇境内发现小规模种植半夏,其他县区在果树、田间、坡地等发现野生半夏零星分布,总分布面积约为6.18×105 m2,总蕴藏量约为49.92 t。鉴定发现宿半夏粉末淀粉粒甚多,直径2~20 μm;草酸钙针晶成束,针晶长20~110 μm;螺纹导管为主。薄层鉴别的供试品色谱中,在与四种氨基酸对照品、半夏对照药材和其他产地半夏的色谱相应位置上,均显相同颜色的斑点,结果符合《中国药典》2020年版半夏鉴别特点,证明宿半夏和药典半夏是同一基原。砀山县采集的野生宿半夏浸出物最高。结论:道地药材宿半夏资源亟待保护和合理开发利用,砀山县生态环境适宜野生宿半夏的生长和有效成分的积累,种质资源较好。

Investigation on resource distribution and pharmacognostic analysis of Authentic Medicinal Herbs Su Pinellia Ternata in Anhui Province
Abstract:Objective: To solve the problem of endangered wild resources and decreasing scale of artificial cultivation of authentic medicinal herb Su Pinellia ternata in Anhui Province; Explore strategies to promote the industrialization and sustainable development of authentic medicinal herb Su Pinellia ternata. Method: A survey of the distribution of Su Pinellia ternata resources is conducted through methods such as literature review, field investigations, mass interviews and sample analysis. At the same time, the collected samples are subjected to pharmacognostic analysis such as morphology, microscopy, thin-layer analysis and extracts. Result: Small scale of Su Pinellia ternata is cultivated in Sipu Town, Suixi County, while wild Pinellia ternata is found sporadically distributed in fruit trees, fields, and slopes in other districts. The total distribution area is about 6.18×105 m2, and the total reserves are about 49.92 tons. Through microscopy identification, it is found that there are many starch granules in the powder of Su Pinellia ternata, with a diameter of 2-20 μm; Calcium oxalate needle crystal bundles, with the length of 20-110 μm; Conduits are mainly threaded. In the thin-layer chromatography of the test samples, spots of the same color are observed at the corresponding positions of the four amino acid reference substances, the Pinellia ternata reference medicinal material and Pinellia ternata from other regions. The results conform to the identification characteristics of Pinellia ternata in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, proving that Su Pinellia ternata and Pinellia ternata in the Pharmacopoeia are the same origin. The highest extract is from wild Pinellia ternata collected in Dangshan County. Conclusion: The authentic medicinal resource of Su Pinellia ternata urgently needs protection and rational development and utilization. The ecological environment of Dangshan County is suitable for the growth of wild Pinellia ternata and the accumulation of effective components, which has good germplasm resources.
