中文摘要:中药材产地加工趁鲜切制由来已久,随着国家药监局出台支持中药材趁鲜切制的政策以来,各地区陆续发布趁鲜切制工作方案及品种目录,开展趁鲜切制加工技术规范及质量标准研究。本文从2020年版中国药典收载鲜切品种以及全国各地区发布品种入手分析,立足鲜切药材的安全性和有效性,总结其研究现状和存在问题,提出科学评估鲜切药材品种质量,推动中药材产地加工趁鲜切制高质量规范化发展。

Scientific Evaluation of the Present Situation and Quality of Fresh Processing of Chinese Medicinal Material In Producing Areas
Abstract:Fresh Processing of Chinese Medicinal Material has existed since ancient times. With the National Medical Products Administration issued the policy of supporting Fresh Processing of Chinese Medicinal Material, different regions issued the work plan and species catalogue of Fresh Processing, and carried out research on processing technical specification and quality standard of fresh processing. According to the analysis of Fresh Processing of Chinese Medicinal Material collected in the 2020 edition of China Pharmacopoeia and varieties issued by different regions, based on the safety and effectiveness of Fresh Processing of Chinese Medicinal Material, summarized its research status and existing problems, put forward the scientific evaluation of quality standard system, promoted the high-quality standardized development.
