| 中文摘要:目的：该研究基于“辨状论质”理论，探究了前胡外观性状（木质部、色度）与内在成分（白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素）之间的相关性。方法：采用体视显微镜和分光测色仪分别测量木质部数据和颜色，采用HPLC测定2 个药效成分含量，并将性状指标与药效成分含量进行相关性分析。结果：白花前胡甲素与红色值（a*）具有显著的负相关关系，说明红色值越低，白花前胡甲素含量越高。白花前胡甲素含量和白花前胡乙素含量具有极显著的正相关关系。结论：前胡外观性状指标（a*）可作为“辨状论质”判断前胡质量的依据。同时该研究结果也为建立前胡客观、科学的质量评价方法奠定基础。 |

| Correlation between appearance traits and internal quality of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn based on theory of “quality evaluation through morphological identification” |

| Abstract:[ Abstract ] Objective : To explore the correlation between appearance traits (Xylem, color) and the content of intrinsic components(Praeruptorin A, Praeruptorin B), providing a theoretical basis for "quality evaluation through morphological identification". Methods : Xylem data and color were measured by stereomicroscope and spectrophotometer, respectively. The contents of two active components were determined by HPLC. The correlation analysis were carried out between the trait index and the content of medicinal components. Results : There was a significant negative correlation between praeruptorin A and red value (a*), indicating that the lower the red value, the higher the content of praeruptorin A. There was a significant positive correlation between the content of praeruptorin A and the content of praeruptorin B. Conclusion : The appearance character index (a*) of Peucedanum praeruptorum can be used as the basis for judging the quality of Peucedanum praeruptorum. At the same time, the results of this study also lay the foundation for the establishment of an objective and scientific quality evaluation method for Peucedanum praeruptorum. |
