基于AHP-熵权法的正交实验和GA-BP神经网络优选关节止痛汤提取工艺

中文摘要:[摘要] 目的:优选关节止痛汤的提取工艺。方法:在单因素考察的基础上,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以京尼平苷酸、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸、杯苋甾酮含量和出膏率为评价指标,采用AHP-熵权法确定各指标权重系数。通过正交实验和遗传算法(GA)-反向传播神经网络(BP神经网络)法优选关节止痛汤的提取工艺参数,并对二者所得工艺参数进行验证比较。结果:正交实验所得最佳工艺参数为加水量6倍,提取3次,每次0.5 h,综合得分90.21分(RSD为1.38%);GA-BP神经网络优化得到的最佳工艺参数为加水量6倍、提取时间1.5 h、提取次数4次,综合得分99.26分(RSD为0.09%),略高于正交实验,结合实际生产需求,最终确定关节止痛汤的最佳提取工艺参数为加水量6倍,提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论:采用正交实验结合GA-BP神经网络所优选的提取工艺参数稳定、可靠,可为后续研发提供参考。

Optimization of Extraction Process of Guanjie Zhitong Decoction Based on Orthogonal test and Entropy weight method
Abstract:[ABSTRACT] OBJECTIVE: To optimize extraction process of Supplemented Guanjie Zhitong decoction. METHODS: On the basis of single factor investigation, the water addition, extraction time and extraction times were taken as the investigation factors, and the contents of genipine, pinoresinol diglucoside, ferulic acid, cup amaranthone and extract ratio were used as evaluation indexes, and the AHP-entropy weight method was used to determine the weight coefficients of each index. Optimize the extraction process parameters of Guanjie Zhitong decoction through orthogonal experiments and genetic algorithm (GA) backpropagation neural network (BP neural network) method, and verify and compare the process parameters obtained from the two methods. Results: The optimal process parameters obtained by orthogonal experiments were as follows: water was added 6 times, extracted 3 times, each time 0.5 h, and the comprehensive score was 90.21 points (RSD was 1.38%); The optimal process parameters obtained by GA-BP neural network optimization were as follows: water addition 6 times, extraction time 1.5 h, extraction times 4 times, and the comprehensive score was 99.26 points (RSD was 0.09%), slightly higher than the orthogonal experiment, combined with the actual production demand, it was finally determined that the optimal extraction process of joint analgesic decoction was to add 6 times of water and extract 3 times for 0.5 h each time. Conclusion: The extraction process parameters optimized by orthogonal experiments combined with GA-BP neural network are stable and reliable, which can provide reference for subsequent research and development.
