超高压高效液相测定小儿感冒颗粒中9种有效成分含量研究

中文摘要:目的:建立超高压高效液相法同时测定小儿感冒颗粒中告伊春、紫丁香苷、绿原酸 、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、对羟基苯乙酮、异牡荆苷、连翘苷、蒙花苷9个成分的含量。方法:采用超高压高效液相色谱(UHPLC)同时小儿感冒颗粒中9成分的含量:采用Agilent C18(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm)色谱柱 ,以乙腈-水(含0.1%磷酸水溶液)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为 0.2 mL·min–1,柱温为27 ℃,检测波长为220 nm;外标法测定其含量。结果:9个成分在对应范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),平均加样回收率为95.6%~98. 8%,RSD为0.6%~1.8%。结论:该方法高效准确、合理科学,可实现对小儿感冒颗粒的质量评价。

Simultaneous determination of 9 constituents in Xiao’er Ganmao Granule by UPLC
Abstract:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of Yichun, syringin, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone, isopicrin, Phillyrin and Linarin in Xiao?er Ganmao Granule. Methods: acetonitrile-water (containing 0.1% phosphoric acid) as mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate 0.2 mL·min–1, The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 27 ℃ thermostatic, and Agilent C18 (50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) as chromatographic column were used to extract 75% methanol from Xiao?er Ganmao Granule.The detection wavelength was 220nm and the content was determined by external standard method. Results: 9 components showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (r>0.999) ,whose average recoveries were 95.6%-98.8%, with the RSDs of 0.6%-1.8%. Conclusion: the method is efficient, accurate, reasonable and scientific, and can be used to evaluate the quality of Xiao?er Ganmao Granule. The method is rapid, accurate, scientific and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Xiao?er Ganmao Granule.
