Abstract:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of Yichun, syringin, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone, isopicrin, Phillyrin and Linarin in Xiao?er Ganmao Granule. Methods: acetonitrile-water
(containing 0.1% phosphoric acid) as mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate 0.2 mL·min–1, The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 27 ℃ thermostatic, and Agilent C18 (50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) as chromatographic column were used to extract 75% methanol from Xiao?er Ganmao Granule.The detection wavelength was 220nm and the content was determined by external standard method. Results: 9 components showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (r>0.999) ,whose average recoveries were 95.6%-98.8%, with the RSDs of 0.6%-1.8%. Conclusion: the method is efficient, accurate, reasonable and scientific, and can be used to evaluate the quality of Xiao?er Ganmao Granule. The method is rapid, accurate, scientific and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Xiao?er Ganmao Granule. |
