| 中文摘要:肾华片是一种用于治疗慢性肾病、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病、急性肾衰竭以及IgA肾病的有效复方制剂。它可通过抗炎、调节免疫功能以及保护肾脏细胞的作用改善肾脏功能，具有良好的开发前景。但目前肾华片的药效物质基础及作用机制不清，制约了其临床应用和推广。本文从肾华片的方证分析、保肾作用机制及组方中药的有效成分对肾脏保护作用的研究进行综述，为肾华片治疗肾脏疾病提供科学依据并为今后药效物质基础和作用机制的研究提供参考。 |

| Research Progress on the Protective Effect of Compound Shenhua Tablet and Effective Components of the Prescription?on Kidney |

| Abstract:Shenhua tablet is an effective compound preparation for the treatment of chronic nephropathy, nephrotic syndrome, diabetic nephropathy, acute renal failure and IgA nephropathy. It can improve renal function by anti-inflammation, regulating immune function and protecting renal cells, and has a good development prospect. However, the efficacy material base and mechanism of Shenhua tablet are unclear, which restricts its clinical application and promotion. This paper reviews the prescription and syndrome analysis,mechanism of renal protection and the research on the effective components of the prescription of Shenhua tablet for kidney protection. in order to provide scientific basis for the treatment of nephropathy and provide reference for the study of efficacy material base and mechanism in the future. |
