高原珍稀药材水母雪莲生态适宜性区划研究

中文摘要:目的:预测珍稀中药材水母雪莲在我国的生态适宜性分布区,筛选影响其生长分布的主要生态因子,为水母雪莲野生资源的保护和引种驯化栽培选址提供参考。方法:收集水母雪莲在我国分布的样点信息,利用最大熵模型和地理信息系统软件分析影响水母雪莲分布的主要生态因子,预测其生态适宜性分布区。结果:影响水母雪莲生长发育的主要生态因子主要有海拔高度、5月降水量、主要植被类型、最干月降水量、12月平均气温、主要土壤类型、坡度、2月平均气温等。高适宜区主要集中分布在四川西北部、甘肃西南部和西北部、青海南部和东北部、西藏东北部。结论:本研究结果可为水母雪莲引种驯化栽培区的选择及野生资源保护提供参考。

Study on Ecological Suitability Zoning of Rare Medicinal Material Saussurea medusa Maxim
Abstract:Objective: To predict the ecological suitability zoning of the rare herb Saussurea medusa Maxim in The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau;To screen the main ecological factors affecting its growth and distribution;And provide reference for the protection of wild resources of S.medusa Maxim and the site selection of introduction and domestication.Methods: Sample information of distribution of S.medusa Maxim in China was collected. The main ecological factors affecting the distribution of S.medusa Maxim were analyzed by MaxEnt model and geographic information system software, and the ecological suitability areas were predicted. Results: The main ecological factors affecting the growth and development of S.medusa Maxim were altitude,precipitation in May,main vegetation types ,driest month precipitation, average temperature in December,main soil type,gradient,average temperature in February.The suitable growth areas were mainly distributed in northwest Sichuan, southwest and northwest Gansu, south and northeast Qinghai, northeast Xizang.Conclusion: The results of this study can provide reference for the selection of cultivated areas and the protection of wild resources of S. medusa Maxim.
