基于博弈论的组合赋权结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选宣导泻肺饮的提取工艺

中文摘要:目的:采用多指标综合加权评分法结合响应面法试验,优选宣导泻肺饮合剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:为有效提高宣导泻肺饮制剂提取工艺,提出一种基于博弈论组合赋权构建宣导泻肺饮工艺优化模型,采用G1法及熵权法(EWM)计算评价指标主客观权重,引入博弈论确定最优组合权重。以HPLC测定芥子碱硫氰酸盐、苦杏仁苷、橙皮苷、阿魏酸的含量,干膏得率为综合评价指标,通过单因素试验及Box-Behnken响应曲面法分别考察料液比、浸泡时间、提取时间对宣导泻肺饮合剂水提工艺的影响,优选最佳提取工艺参数。结果:按照组合赋权法确定的各指标的权重进行综合评分,确定宣导泻肺饮合剂最佳提取工艺参数:料液比10:1,浸泡44 min,提取3次,总提取时间160 min。验证结果显示预测值与实测值相比,RSD值≤3%。结论:优化后的提取工艺参数经验证,具良好的稳定性和重复性,为宣导泻肺饮的后续研究奠定了基础。

Optimization of Extraction Process for Xuandao Xiefei Decoction by Box-Behnken Design Using Combination Weighting Based on Game Theory
Abstract:Objective:The combination of multi-indicator comprehensive weighted scoring method is used to combine the response surface test,and the best extraction process for promoting the Xuandao Xiefei decoction preferred agents.Methods:In order to effectively improve the extraction process of the agent,a model optimization model based on game theory combination empowerment is proposed.It uses the G1 method and the EWM method to calculate the subjective weight of the evaluation index,and the best combination weight is introduced to the game theory.Using the contents of Sinapine cyanide sulfonate,Amygdalin,Hesperidin,Ferulic Acid and ratio of dry extraction as comprehensive evaluation indicators,through single factor tests and Box-Behnken response surface method to investigate the influence of the water addition,soaking time and extraction time of the water extraction process of XDXF decoction to optimize extraction process parameters.Results:The comprehensive score is performed according to the weight of each indicator determined by the combination weighting method to determine the optimal extraction process parameters of XDXF decoction,as adding 10 times of the amount of water,soaking time for 44 minutes,extracting 3 times,total time for 160 minutes.The verification test results show that compared with the measured value,the RSD of the predicted value was≤3%.Conclusion:After the optimization,the extraction of process parameters is verified,which has good stability and repetitiveness,which lays the foundation for subsequent research of XDXF decoction.
