中文摘要:目的: 基于Heracles NEO超快速气相电子鼻对多种没药气味差异成分进行快速识别研究,拟建立一种基于气味的有效快速鉴别多种没药的方法。方法: 通过建立没药 Heracles NEO 超快速气相电子鼻检测方法,结合Arochembase 数据库,采用主成分析分析方法对没药气味色谱峰进行数据处理和分析。结果:建立了没药超快速气相电子鼻分析方法,通过对没药气味指纹图谱分析,定性分析胶质没药和天然没药气味差异成分,有效区分四种没药。结论:Heracles NEO 超快速气相电子鼻可较好地快速识别没药的气味特征成分,可应用于含没药中药制剂生产过程的质量在线监测,为不同种没药的快速识别及质量控制提供新思路和新方法。

Rapid identification of odorant differential components of a variety of myrrh based on the Heracles NEO ultra-fast gas-phase electronic nose
Abstract:Objective: To establish an effective odor identification method based on Heracles NEO ultra-fast gas phase electronic nose to identify different odor markers of myrrh. Methods: By establishing the method of Heracles NEO ultra-fast gas phase electronic nose detection and Arochembase database, the chromatographic peak of myrrh odor was processed and analyzed by principal component analysis. Results: An ultra-fast gas-phase electronic nose method was established for analyzing the odor fingerprint of myrrh. The different components of colloidal myrrh and natural myrrh were analyzed, and the four kinds of myrrh were effectively distinguished. Conclusion: Heracles NEO ultra-fast gas phase electronic nose can quickly identify the odor characteristic components of myrrh, and can be applied to the online quality monitoring of the production process of traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing myrrh, providing a new idea and a new method for the rapid identification and quality control of different kinds of myrrh.
