中文摘要:木质素纳米颗粒是木质素经制备得到的纳米颗粒,作为新型中药软物质具有生物可降解性和生物相容性的优点。近年来关于木质素纳米颗粒的制备及其在医药领域的研究众多,特别是木质素纳米颗粒在药物递送领域取得了突破性进展。本文总结了最新的木质素纳米颗粒的制备方法研究进展和木质素纳米颗粒在药物递送领域的应用的优点和不足之处。以期为中药软物质木质素纳米颗粒在制药领域的应用提供参考和理论依据。

Advances in Research on Lignin Nanoparticles in the Field of Drug Delivery
Abstract:Lignin nanoparticles, derived from lignin, offer biodegradability and biocompatibility advantages as a novel soft material in traditional Chinese medicine. Recent years have witnessed extensive research into lignin nanoparticle preparation and their pharmaceutical applications, particularly notable advancements in drug delivery. This article reviews current research progress on lignin nanoparticle preparation methods, and evaluates their benefits and limitations in drug delivery applications. The aim is to provide references and a theoretical framework for the use of lignin nanoparticles as soft materials in pharmaceutical science.
