| 中文摘要:目的 对川贝母研究及栽培产业现状进行综述和分析,明确川贝母研究内容、野生资源、栽培产业发展等存在的问题,为今后发展提供思路。方法 系统查阅近40年川贝母相关研究文献,结合课题组近几年研究经验和当前川贝母栽培产业发展状况,系统分析川贝母研究、野生资源及栽培产业存在的问题,提出川贝母深层次研究和栽培产业发展思路。结果 系统总结了近40年来中药川贝母的研究与开发现状,包括川贝母的基原、野生资源现状、化学成分、药理作用、质量分析方法及栽培现状等；提出了川贝母研究和栽培产业发展存在的问题和今后的发展思路,并对川贝母栽培产业的发展进行展望。结论 川贝母具有明确的临床有效性,具有较高的药用、研究及开发价值；栽培川贝母既能保护野生资源、满足中医药临床用药和确保中药产业可持续发展,同时也能增加高原地区居民的收入。因此,川贝母的深入研究开发及栽培产业的发展具有巨大的临床价值、社会效益和经济效益。 |

| Advances in the research and cultivation industry of Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus |

| Abstract:Objective Summarize and assess the current research and culture industry status of Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus, define existing challenges in relevant research, wild resources, and cultivation industry development of Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus, and propose future development. Methods Conduct a systematic review of the research literature on Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus from the past 40 years, integrating the recent research experiences of our team and the current development status of the Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus cultivation industry. This review aims to systematically analyze the challenges associated with Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus, including issues related to wild resources and the cultivation industry. Furthermore, it seeks to propose strategies for in-depth research and the advancement of the cultivation industry for Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus. Results The system provides a comprehensive summary of the research and development status of Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus, a traditional Chinese medicine, over the past four decades. This includes an examination of its origin, the status of wild resources, chemical composition, pharmacological effects, quality analysis methods, and current cultivation practices. Additionally, the study identifies existing challenges and proposes future development strategies for the research and cultivation industry of Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus. The discussion also encompasses the potential development prospects of the Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus cultivation industry. Conclusion Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus demonstrates significant clinical efficacy and holds substantial medicinal, research, and developmental value. Cultivating Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus not only aids in the conservation of wild resources and fulfills the clinical requirements of traditional Chinese medicine but also ensures the sustainable development of the Chinese medicine industry and enhances the income of residents in high-altitude regions. Consequently, the comprehensive research and development of Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus, along with the expansion of its cultivation industry, possess considerable clinical, social, and economic benefits. |
