中文摘要:目的:比较肉苁蓉片(荒漠肉苁蓉片)和管花肉苁蓉片中差异性小分子化学成分及其含量差异。方法:运用液质联用技术结合多元统计分析识别肉苁蓉不同基原间的差异成分,并采用高效液相色谱法测定主要差异性成分的含量。结果:荒漠肉苁蓉片与管花肉苁蓉片之间的差异性化合物为肉苁蓉苷A、异毛蕊花糖苷、松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷;其中松果菊苷是荒漠肉苁蓉和管花肉苁蓉中含量最高的成分,其次为毛蕊花糖苷;管花肉苁蓉中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷及异毛蕊花糖苷含量显著高于荒漠肉苁蓉,然而并未检出肉苁蓉苷A。结论:荒漠肉苁蓉与管花肉苁蓉在成分种类和含量上具有一定差异,松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷是二者共有的主要成分,《中国药典》(2020年版)中规定松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷为肉苁蓉含量测定项的指标性成分,分别制定肉苁蓉片和管花肉苁蓉片的两种成分合计的限度,体现了标准的客观性原则。

To analyze the significance of content limit of Cistanche deserticola and Cistanche tubulofloris in Chinese Pharmacopoeia based on differential components
Abstract:Objective: To compare the differences on the difference in small molecule chemical composition of cistanche from different origins. Methods: The differential components were identified by liquid phase mass spectrometry combined with multivariate statistical analysis, and the content of the differential components was determined by high performance liquid phase method. Results: The differential compounds were Cistanoside A, isoboliside, echinacoside and acteoside. Echinacoside was the highest component in cistanche followed by acteoside. The contents of echinacoside, acteoside and isocamelin in Cistanche tubulosa were significantly higher than those in Cistanche deserticola, and no cistancheside A was detected in Cistanche tubulosa. Conclusion: There are certain differences in composition between Cistanche deserticola and Cistanche tubulosa, and pharmacodynamic differences should be paid attention to in clinical use.
