中文摘要:目的:优化桑菊感冒片提取工艺,考察其祛痰平喘的药理作用。方法:采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计桑菊感冒片水煎提取试验,以干物质得率和连翘苷转移率为评价指标,采用酚红排泌法及磷酸组胺引喘法进行药理试验。结果:根据回归方程,确定桑菊感冒片水煎提取的优选工艺为:单次提取时间为1.5 h、提取次数为2次、单次加水量为6倍。药理试验中桑菊感冒片高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组均能增加酚红分泌量,在平喘试验中各剂量组均能明显延长了哮喘潜伏期。结论:优化后的桑菊感冒片提取工艺稳定,重复性好,因此该提取工艺可用于工业化大生产。其药理作用显示,桑菊感冒片具有祛痰平喘作用,为后续适应症开发提供指导依据。 |

Optimization of the Extraction Process and Pharmacological effects on Removing Phlegm and Relieving Asthma for Sangju Ganmao Tablets |

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Sangju Ganmao tablets, investigate its pharmacological effects on Removing Phlegm and Relieving Asthma Methods: The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design the water decoction extraction test of Sangju cold tablets. The dry matter yield and the transfer rate of forsythin were used as evaluation indicators. Pharmacological experiments were conducted using phenol red excretion method and phosphate histamine model.The best extraction process of Sangju Ganmao Tablets by water decocting was that the extraction time was 1.5 hours, the extraction time was 2 times, and the amount of water added was 6 times. In pharmacological experiments, the high-dose, medium dose, and low-dose groups of Sangju Ganmao tablets can increase the secretion of phenol red.In the anti asthma experiments, all dose groups were able to significantly prolong the incubation period of asthma. Conclusion : The extraction process of the Sangju Ganmao tablets preparation designed and optimized by Box-Behnken design is scientific and andreasonable.The Sangju Ganmao tablets has phlegm resolving and asthma relieving effect, which provides the oretical guidance for subsequent indication development research. |
