Abstract:Modern detection techniques for pesticides include gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The modern chromatographic instrumental analytical methods are difficult to meet the demand for rapid screening of large quantities of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) at the community-level due to their high cost, complex pre-treatment, bulky equipment and long detection time. Therefore, the development of simple, rapid, portable and high-throughput pesticide residue analysis methods is important to the quality and safety supervision and production process control of TCM in China. This paper focuses on the application and development status of pesticide residue rapid detection techniques such as spectrometry, enzyme inhibition, immunoassay technology, electrochemical biosensors, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Meanwhile, the pesticide residues in TCM have been widely concerned by the society in recent years, and the standard methods for pesticide residues have been improved continuously. In view of the production characteristics of TCM, under the existing pesticide residue standard system of TCM, it is important to supplement the pesticide residue rapid detection technology for the whole chain safety monitoring of TCM, reduce the cost of detection, and promote the development of the industry. However, the development of the existing rapid detection technology in TCM is relatively slow compared with that of food, and this review analyses the current development trend of pesticide residue rapid detection technology in TCM, in order to provide a reference for the rapid development of pesticide rapid detection technology in TCM. |
