中文摘要:中药鹿茸草性平,味微苦涩,具有清热解毒、祛风止痛、凉血止血的功效,是炎宁糖浆的主要药味之一,具有较好的抗炎、抗菌效果。通过查阅本草著作、地方标准、不同版本《中华人民共和国药典》及已发表论文,对鹿茸草的基原、名称、性味、功效及研究进展进行梳理,结果表明,中药鹿茸草的基原植物为沙氏鹿茸草Monochasma savatieri Franch. ex Maxim.,其与鹿茸草M. sheareri Maxim. ex Franch. et Savat.存在混用情况。沙氏鹿茸草中的苯乙醇苷类成分具有较好的抗氧化、抗炎活性。沙氏鹿茸草已实现人工种植,其具有半寄生的生物学特性,施加外源激素、控制土壤含水量等方法可以促进沙氏鹿茸草吸器的形成,提高其存活率。

Herbal Textual Research on Chinese Medicine Monochasma savatieri
Abstract:Monochasma savatieri is neutral in nature, with a slightly bitter and astringent taste. It has the efficacy of clearing heat and removing toxins, dispelling wind and relieving pain, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, and serves as one of the main ingredients in Yanning Syrup, which exhibits notable anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. By reviewing Chinese herbal texts, local standards, various editions of the Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China, and published papers, the basal origin, name, flavor, nature, efficacy, and research progress of M. savatieri were organized. The results showed that the original plant is M. savatieri, though there is confusion with M. sheareri. The phenylethanol glycosides in M. savatieri have good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. M. savatieri has been successfully cultivated artificially and exhibits hemiparasitic biological characteristics. Techniques such as applying exogenous hormones and controlling soil moisture can promote the formation of its haustoria and increase its survival rate.
