中文摘要:原发性痛经(PD)是最为常见的妇科疾病,具有长期、周期性发作的特点,严重影响患者生活质量及身心健康。由于化学药治疗的不良反应发生率较高,停药后容易复发,而中医药疗法由于其独特的安全性及有效性已然成为临床治疗PD的替代疗法。总结近年来中医药防治PD相关通路的研究,发现中医药可通过调节丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路、NOD样受体蛋白3信号通路、核转录因子-κB信号通路及花生四烯酸代谢通路发挥抑制炎性细胞因子、减弱疼痛信号、抑制子宫平滑肌收缩等效应,进而起到治疗PD的作用。可为今后的中医药治疗PD的作用机制研究提供参考。 |

Research Progress in Regulation of Primary Dysmenorrhea-Related Pathways by Traditional Chinese Medicine |

Abstract:Primary dysmenorrhea (PD), a common gynecological disease characterized by long-term and periodic episodes, seriously affects the quality of life and the physical and mental health of patients. Due to the high incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in Western medicine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has become an alternative therapy for clinical treatment of PD with unique safety and effectiveness. According to the recent studies in this field, TCM can treat PD by regulating the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) signaling pathway, transcription factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway, and arachidonic acid metabolism pathway, thus reducing inflammatory cytokines and pain signals and inhibiting uterine smooth muscle contraction. This review is expected to provide a reference for the future research on the mechanism of TCM treatment of PD. |
