中文摘要:金樱子的主要活性成分为三萜类化合物、总黄酮和多糖,具有抗炎、抗氧化、肝脏保护、抗肿瘤、抗阿尔茨海默病、神经保护、降糖降脂、保护肾脏等多种药理活性。三萜类化合物是金樱子的特征性生物活性物质,具有抗炎、抗肝纤维化、抗肿瘤、 抗阿尔茨海默病、神经保护等药理作用。大量的文献报道了金樱子三萜类化合物的成分研究,本文全面综述了金樱子三萜类化合物的化学成分和主要活性成分的药理作用相关文献,为金樱子的深入研究提供参考。

Research progress on triterpenoids chemical composition and pharmacological activities of Rosa laevigata
Abstract:The main active ingredients of Rosa laevigata Michx. are triterpenoids, total flavonoids, and polysaccharides, which have various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, liver protection, anti-tumor, anti Alzheimer's disease, neuroprotective, hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering, and kidney protection.Triterpenoids are the characteristic bioactive substances in Rosa laevigata Michx., with pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory, anti-hepatic fibrosis, anti-tumor, anti-Alzheimer's disease, neuroprotection and so on. A large number of literatures have reported the study of the composition of triterpenoids in Rosa laevigata Michx., and this paper comprehensively reviews the chemical composition of triterpenoids and pharmacological effects of the main active ingredients in Rosa laevigata Michx. to improve the reference for the in-depth study.
