| Abstract:“Saturn Materia Medicae” has been lost. Now 37 kinds of drugs are collected. according to the "Compendium of Materia Medica", the order of classification is the department and category. These drugs can be divided into four parts: gold stone, grass, vegetable and scale, and 11 categories: gold, stone, halogen stone, mountain grass, Xi grass, poisonous grass, vine grass, water grass, meat and pungent, soft and smooth, and scaleless fish, mainly including the name, generation, odor, compatibility, control processing, origin and other content. By reading the collection of this book, we can measure the main structure and content of the original book, and understand the application of Taoist medicine materia medica in the Song and Yuan dynasties. By analyzing the meaning of the title, the time of completion and the name of the author, we can gain insight into the completion background of the “Saturn Materia Medicae” and the cultural elements of Tao medicine from the perspective of the herbal culture. |
