中文摘要:芦根在我国有着悠久的使用历史,为中医治疗温病、热病之要药。现代研究表明,芦根的化学成分丰富,药理作用广泛,主要含有多糖类、有机酸类、甾体类、萜类及生物碱类等化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒、免疫调节等药理作用,是宣肺败毒方的主要药味之一。然而,《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版芦根质量标准中缺乏含量测定项,不利于芦根的质量控制。因此,在综述芦根化学成分和药理作用的基础上,结合中药质量标志物(Q-marker)概念,从植物亲缘学、传统药性、有效性证据、网络药理学、化学成分可测性等方面对芦根的Q-marker进行预测分析。初步预测芦根总多糖、对香豆酸、小麦黄素、齐墩果酸、豆甾醇可作为芦根的主要Q-marker,研究结果可为芦根的药效物质基础与质量标准提升研究提供参考。 |

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Phragmitis Rhizoma and Predictive Analysis of Quality Markers |

Abstract:Phragmitis Rhizoma (PR) has a long history of use in China and is an essential herb in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treating warm and febrile diseases. Modern research has shown that PR is rich in chemical constituents and exhibits a wide range of pharmacological effects, mainly containing compounds such as polysaccharides, organic acids, steroids, terpenoids, and alkaloids. These compounds confer pharmacological actions including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and immune-regulatory effects. PR is one of the primary medicinal ingredients in Xuanfei Baidu Formula. However, the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China lacks a content determination standard for PR, which is detrimental to the quality control of PR. Therefore, in addition to the review of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of PR, this study predicted and analyzed the potential quality markers (Q-markers) of PR from the perspectives of plant phylogeny, traditional medicinal properties, efficacy evidence, network pharmacology, and the measurability of chemical components based on the concept of TCM Q-markers. Preliminary predictions suggest that total polysaccharides, p-coumaric acid, tricin, oleanolic acid, and stigmasterol can serve as the primary Q-markers for PR. The results provide a reference for studies on the material basis of medicinal effects of PR and the improvement of its quality standards. |
