响应面法优化天仙果总黄酮提取工艺及抗氧化活性

中文摘要:目的 优化天仙果提取工艺和测定其抗氧化活性。方法 利用响应面优化天仙果总黄酮提取工艺。通过乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,考察天仙果总黄酮提取率。通过测定DPPH、ABTS、羟自由基清除能力,考察天仙果总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。结果 天仙果总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度60%、料液比1:23、提取时间18 min,在此条件下,提取率达16.25 mg/g。天仙果总黄酮对DPPH、ABTS、羟自由基清除率,分别达92.84%、89.34%、69.73%。结论 优化后的提取工艺稳定可靠,且具有较好的抗氧化活性。

Optimization of the extraction process and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Ficus erecta (Thunb.) by response surface methodology
Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process and determine the antioxidant activity of Ficus erecta. Methods The response surface was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Ficus erecta. The extraction rate of total flavonoids of Ficus erecta was investigated by four factors: ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, and extraction times. The in vitro antioxidant activity of total flavonoids of Ficus erecta was investigated by measuring DPPH and ABTS and Hydroxyl radical scavenging ability. Results The optimal extraction process for total flavonoids of Ficus erecta was 60% ethanol concentration, 1:23 solid-liquid ratio, and 18 min extraction time, under which the extraction rate reached 16.25 mg/g. The scavenging rate of total flavonoids of Ficus erecta for DPPH and ABTS and Hydroxyl radicals was 92.84%、89.34% and 69.73%, respectively. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and reliable and has good antioxidant activity.
