中文摘要:以卷丹百合叶片、珠芽、鳞茎为扦插材料，将材料分别放入3种不同基质、不同生根剂中浸泡不同时间，60 d后观察着生小鳞茎及生根的情况并进行统计分析。结果表明：三种材料中，以鳞片扦插繁殖效果最好，药剂处理以②号生根剂处理40 min效果最佳，基质以园土：河沙（1∶3）基质效果最好。

Study on Propagation Technology of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.

Abstract:Blade，bulbils and bulb of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. were used as cuttings materials and soaked in 3 different matrix and different rooting agents for different time.After 60 days，clove number and rooting rate were analyzed.The results showed that，among the three materials，scale cutting is the best;the optimal treatment condition is No.2 rooting agent for 40 minutes;garden soil and river sand（1∶3）matrix is best.
